1. Enough Food for Their Entire Stay
- Please bring enough of your dog’s regular food to last throughout their stay with us, including a little extra in case of any delays or unexpected extensions.
- This helps avoid any tummy upsets and keeps them on their normal diet.
Tip: Pack their food in pre-measured portions or provide clear instructions if your dog has specific feeding requirements.
2. Treats (Optional)
- Feel free to bring your dog’s favourite treats. We can give them as part of their daily routine or as a reward, as per your instructions.
3. Favourite Toys or Comfort Items
- Bringing a few familiar toys, a favourite blanket, or their own bed can help your dog feel more at home.
4. Collar/harness, lead, and ID Tags
- Your dog should arrive wearing a secure collar with an ID tag.
- Please bring a lead for safe entry and exit from our facility.
- Our own ID tag will be attached to your dog’s collar upon entry.
5. Medication (If Required)
- If your dog is on any medication, please provide enough to last the entire stay, along with detailed instructions for administration.
- We can administer prescribed medication as needed.
6. Bedding
- Please bring your dog’s bed and blankets. We have lots of spares we can provide but familiar smells can be reassuring and help them settle in faster.
7. Up-to-Date Vaccination Records
- For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
- Please ensure your dog’s vaccinations are current, and bring along their vaccination certificate or vet record.
Additional Tips
- Label Everything: Make sure all items, including food containers, toys, and bedding, are labelled with your dog’s name to avoid any mix-ups.
- Avoid Overpacking: Bring just what your dog needs to feel comfortable. We’ll take care of the rest!
